Compensation: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year

A rapidly expanding manufacturing company with excellent room for career advancement is looking for a new Controller to join their organization. As the Controller, you will have the ability to be part of a strong management team and make a direct impact with a growing company. The Controller's responsibilities will consist of, but will not be limited to the following:

1.) Examining the manufacturing and accounting processes in order to determine inefficiencies and develop process improvements.
2.) Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budgets, cash-flow projections and division financial statements.
3.) Direct the cost accounting functions of the organization.
4.) Supervise an accounting staff of 4-6 individuals.

The ideal Controller must meet the following minimum requirements:

1.) At least 10 years of manufacturing experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
2.) Proven track record of consistent career progression.
3.) Extensive experience with ERP systems.
