Application Packaging Consultant

We are hiring Application Packaging Consultant at Las Vegas NV Application Packaging Consultant Required Skills: 

• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and the ability to collaborate with IT and Management.
• Determine solutions to packaging problems.
• Document results of packaging problems and remediation for Windows-Office Replacement project.
• Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Maintains and communicates accurate status of work performed. 
• Ability to summarize and report results. 
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously.
• Attend project and team meetings to report results and take assignments. 
• Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team’s service by offering suggestions or direction as a member of the project team.
• Uses standard office equipment.
• May be required to drive a personal motor vehicle in the course of the work. 
• Experience using Admin Studio
• Experience with troubleshooting and application remediation
• Exposure to application sequencing using tools, e.g. MDOP, Admin Studio
• Knowledge of VP Scripting, and Batch scripting
• Knowledge of Desktop OS Architecture (preferably Windows 7)
• Experience in user acceptance testing
• Understanding of Microsoft windows Installer (.MSI), Windows Installer Patch (.MSP), Windows Installer Transforms (.MST), and response files (.iss)
• Exposure to SCCM Packaging and deployment.
• Exposure to Application Virtualization (AppV, Admin Studio Complete, etc.)
• Exposure with MDT 2012
• Knowledge of operation of personal computers, standard office
• Knowledge of PC and application software.
