Warehouse Associates needed immediately! Come to our recruiting office today for an immediate interview! No appointment required! Pay rates are $11.50 - $12.25 per hour. Work location: Reno, Nevada Interview Location: 135 North Sierra Street Reno, NV 89501 ***Must have reliable transportation or carpool setup. Public transportation may not available*** Pay Rate Pay rates are $11.50 - $12.25 per hour Shift Schedule Shift schedules vary according to client business needs and may include 40+ hours per week. Shift scheduling options may include day shift, night shift, and weekends depending upon client business needs. Job Duration This is a temporary project and may last for several weeks or longer based on client business needs. If client business needs increase or decrease there may be a potential for the project to be extended or shortened. In some cases, client business needs have created opportunities for long-term or full-time employment. Job Duties Learn the general processes involved with order fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping, receiving, etc...) Learn and adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards Receive products using radio frequency scanners Pick customer orders on a multi-level mezzanine Pack and ship customer orders Relocate products within the fulfillment center

 Requirements
General Requirements
No prior work experience is required although previous warehouse fulfillment experience is preferred
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must read and write English fluently
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must provide valid ID and work authorization documentation
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug testing
Reliable method of transportation and/or carpooling will be needed for this job. Public transportation may not accessible
Strict adherence to attendance policy and punctuality

Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform all job duties and physical requirements within the work environment as described below on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation as a Warehouse Associate.
Stand and/or walk during shifts between 8 and 12 hours long (shifts may vary)
Lift and move up to 60 pounds
Lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, during shifts between 8 and 12 hours
Push and pull product up to 60 pounds during shift between 8 and 12 hours long
Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
Work on a secure mezzanine at a height of 30-40 feet (equivalent to 3rd story building)
Continuously climb and descend four stories of stairs safely
Able to consistently work at fast pace and maintain high scores, productivity & accuracy
Work with and around moving mechanical parts
Noise level and temperature may vary throughout the warehouse
Overtime may be required depending upon business needs
Heavy Equipment: Some of our offices use heavy equipment. Depending on the job location, you may have an opportunity to use forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, or walkie-rider if a business need arises and equipment training has been completed. Please note that utilizing powered heavy equipment is not a requirement. However, there may be opportunities to exercise such skills or participate in heavy equipment training if the business need arises.
