Experience/Certificates/Education
- 2 year experience within the Information Technology field, providing support of desktops, laptops, software and peripherals both locally and remotely
- Experienced with replacing/installing hardware/software on PCs locally and remotely
- Experience removing viruses and spyware using various tools
- Experience troubleshooting basic network, software and printing problems
- 2 years experience with various PC imaging technologies
- 2 years experience supporting Microsoft PC Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
