Full Charge Bookkeeper at Reno

Compensation: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year

Derek Thomas with Robert Half International, Inc. is working with a growing premier Northern Nevada based building company to identify a Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their team! This a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the owner and be part of a great team! In this role, the Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager will be responsible for everything as it relates to office management, bookkeeping, human resources and driving the successful operations of the company. Specific responsibilities include: accounts payable and receivable, payroll and applicable tax reporting, maintain office equipment and leases, property taxes, working with vendors and vendor set up, job costing and frequent reporting updates regarding project status, all human resources functions including employee benefits, workmans compensation and the company safety program.  RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have solid experience in a full-charge booking role in the construction industry, must be a self-starter with strong initiative, the ability to multi-task, answer phones and work well in a fast paced environment.
