Job Description

The Project Launch Coordinator will manage the initial communication between SolarCity and our customers post sale. This includes welcoming customers by phone, scheduling the initial field engineering audit, and explaining the solar installation process, designs, and rebates with them. This exciting call launches the customer into their solar or energy efficiency project. The call center is open seven days a week to ensure excellent customer service. This person should have strong phone, writing, follow up and problem solving skills and should be results oriented to deliver the customers expectations.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from new customers to schedule initial site audit
Communicate initial project expectations to customers and go over the project details
Communicate with field operations and engineering teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the schedule
 RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a customer service position
Call center experience a plus
Strong computer skills
Knowledge of the construction or solar industry preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong phone skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Resourceful thinker with strong problem solving skills
Spanish speaker a plus
Flexibility in work schedule required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Excellent customer service skills required
