Job Summary:
The Account Maintenance Coordinators handle internal requests to update systems of record for owner accounts on all products. They are tasked with meeting departmental service levels consistently each month and support WVO and WCF strategic objectives. The goal for this position is to promote Process Excellence and Six Sigma philosophies through identifying process improvement opportunities and follow the Count On Me! Principles.
Responsibilities:
-Calculate and key amount of charges to be added and or removed from accounts
-Process and submit receivable refunds to customers accounts
-Verify data for accuracy
-Process member combination requests
-Database Management / Running Macros
-Process and submit charge additions and/or charge waives to customer accounts
-Managing Intranet Inbox Requests

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent Two (2) years general office One (1) year data entry Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows Some accounts receivable experience helpful Must have strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Must be able to function successfully with minimal supervision Must be able to plan, organize, and prioritize in an effective, productive mannerTests will be administered for: Data Entry-Alphanumericand Microsoft ExcelCountry: USA, State: Nevada, City: Las Vegas, Company: Wyndham Vacation Ownership.
