Responsible for supervising, training, and providing leadership to assigned operations training staff, and for training, supervising and managing quality assurance staff and processes ensuring that the highest quality of service possible is provided to clients and suppliers; oversee the review and rating of recordings of offered calls performed by production employees to assess quality of calls, services being provided, and ability to meet or exceed client goals and objectives; proactively oversee the activities involved in the timely resolution of quality assurance issues; Review all new and existing departmental processes to ensure efficient, accurate, and quality review of production calls; provide leadership and direction on all assigned special projects, ensuring follow through from beginning to end; ensure adherence to company policies and procedures; overseeing all curriculum needs; scheduling requirements and quality of the delivery of the training for all groups.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in education, communications, English, business administration, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Experience
* Minimum of three years professional training experience which may include public and private school experience, corporate training, or related training experience. Minimum of one year quality assurance or compliance experience preferred. Minimum one year supervisory experience required.
