Job Description

Excellent entry point for supervisory/administrative growth. The successful candidate will be self motivated with strong clinical skills and able to establish rapport with patents and community resources.
Primary service provider for adult intensive out patient program.
Supervises and develops program curriculum.
Oversees multiple disciplines.
Assures outpatient representation at treatment planning conferences and staffing in all programs.
Develops outpatient forms and systems.
Provides quality assurance monitoring for all outpatient practitioners as their duties relate to outpatient functions.

Job Requirements

Experience:One to threeyears progressively responsible experience in outpatient services in a psychiatric setting, preferred. Familiarity with regulatory policy for hospital practice. At leastone year ofsupervisory experience in outpatient mental health care or psychiatric social work. Experience with multidisciplinary team model. Experience in the provision of individual, group, family and marital therapies preferred.
