Slot Technician I at Jackpot

To provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to guests and, through teamwork with other employees, ensure prompt response to all guests needs. Responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of slot machines, may also serve as part of the slot verification process.

- Responsible for the repair, maintenance and general operating condition of the slot machines and other gaming equipment.
- Responsible for the kiosk fills.
- May assist in jackpot payouts and the verification process.
- Responsible for the installation and removal of slot machines.
- Maintains player-tracking system.
- Maintain EZ Pay equipment.
- Responsible for the slot machine maintenance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to stand for a minimum eight (8) hour shift. Strong problem solving, consulting, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Some electronics or relative experience preferred. Mechanically inclined.
