Randstad Professionals is recruiting for an experienced Assistant Project Manager for a growing construction.Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with the successful completion of a project after it is closed
- Set up and maintain project folders for project managers (paper and electronic)
- Order entry including transmitting both vendor orders and customer acknowledgments
- Assemble vendor release documents to be reviewed by Project Manager
- Draft contracts up for clients
- Assist the Project Management Team with Change Orders, Field Measurements, Submission Follow Up, etc
- Maintain project status reports for project managers and customers
- Coordinate deliveries to job sites with dispatchers and job site personnel
- Following up on RFIs
- Follow up to insure delivery of product to site
- Obtain proof of delivery (POD’s) for customer invoices
- Work with the accounting department to ensure proper invoicing and billing
- Maintain all licenses and permits for projects.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:- 3+ years of construction project management experience
- Team-Player
- Great with communication (Verbal and Written)
- Able to work with tight deadlines
Compensation is $35K-$40K based on experience.
