Customer Service Concierge Agent - Las Vegas, NV at Las Vegas

Job Description

It is the mission of Corporate Marketing to provide sites with tours that are qualified, informed and have an overall positive impression of Wyndham. As a customer service/concierge agent, your primary responsibilities will be to answer incoming customer service calls and resolve all issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and satisfaction. You will also be required to make and receive phone calls to qualify and confirm guests while assisting them in planning their vacation.Job functions:
  • Inbound Customer Service, Research and Resolution
  • Outbound Confirmation/Concierge
  • Provide tour information to sites (FOC, Qualifications, Preferences, etc)
  • System and Process Updates to Reflect Status of Travelers (CRS, Manifest)
  • Support new program initiatives to service customer issues as they arrive
  • Track no/call no/shows for events and follow-up

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Microsfot Office, Wordand Excel experience required
  • CRS and Epiphany experience preferred
  • Exceptional listener with great communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must have the ability to be persuasive and informative with excellent problem solving and customer service skills
  • Must be well spoken and professional in demeanor
  • Must be freiendly, self motivated, detailed oriented and able to work independently
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings and weekends to suit business needs.
  • Ability to use a computer and efficiently read/type and talk simultaneously
  • Ability tomulti-task
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service, reservations or equivalent expereience required.
