Facilities Manager - * at Las Vegas

Job Description

Hiring for a warehouse facilities manager. This is a permanent position. The company offers full benefits after 90 days of employment which includes: medical, dental and vision. They have no current 401K plan in place. After 1 year of employment, the company offers 1 week of paid vacation. After 2 years of employment, the company offers 3 weeks of paid vacation. The facility is over 110,000 square feet. The facilities manager would be responsible for managing and leading approximately 30 associates in the warehouse. This position would also require a great deal of guidance and support to the current, local General Manager. Must be highly skilled with computer software programs including: All Inventory Management Systems, WMS and ERP systems, pick and pack. Must have: solid understanding of the HR Laws in NV, ability to problem solve on own, have great deal of common sense, incredible drive and sense of urgency. The ideal candidate would have experience with moving a large distribution facility. Must have exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written.
