Human Resources Business Partner III at Reno


IGT is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with strong, global, business acumen. This key role will be responsible for driving human capital initiatives and strategies for assigned lines of business that span the globe, including workforce planning, organizational design, talent/succession management, change management, employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:
· The HRBP will be required to maintain strong relationships with assigned business leaders, understanding clients business needs and providing strategic HR guidance that will help accelerate business results.
· Position will collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., Comp and Benefits, Staffing, etc.) and key stakeholders, to identify, develop and implement programs that address the transformational needs of the organization.
· The HRBP will also be required to closely collaborate with country-based HR leads when delivering strategies/programs that span multiple countries to ensure regulatory compliance, consistent communication, and seamless service.

Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in human resources/organizational development/related field
· 5+ yrs of HR strategic business partner with established success driving business results
· Demonstrated ability to understand clients business and to apply both strategic and tactical solutions to tangible business challenges
· Experience working with executive leadership, with ability to influence all levels of management
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
· Familiar with global employee management issues
· Strong org development and change management background
· Experience working with technical client groups or related experience in technology field
· Travel required
