Our customer serviceteams have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative,productive, positive, and memorable for what it says about how much we care.Primary Responsibilities:Accepts and directs all incoming calls into computerized PBX system, 80% answered in five rings or lessActs as physicians answering service for companyDocuments all pages according to department policy with 95% accuracyDials pagers for SMA personnel as requestedConnects personnel to caller as requested with 95% accuracyCorrectly answers phone and gives information telephonically with 95% accuracyPerforms overhead paging and announces emergency conditions with 100% accuracyUpdates and maintains reference material with 95% accuracy; 100% compliance initiating Black BookYou must be flexible to work any shift. This is a 24 hour call center.Job Requirements
