Position Summary:
To provide outstanding guest service, both to internal and external guests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the maintenance, stocking, and cleanliness of a high volume casino bar.
• Learn all menus, beverage and wine lists, prices, and daily specials.
• Operate within full compliance of liquor laws and regulations.
• Keep bar area clean and organized at all times and prepared for oncoming shift.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work varied shifts and varied days off, including weekends and holiday periods.
• Ability to work with hands in ice for 8 to 10 hour shifts.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hour shifts.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Commission License.
• Keep Back Bar Clean and Organized.
