Job Classification: Contract Working on a 24/7 service desk that deals with remotely supporting customer issues within a NOC environment. The mix between remote / phone and customer support and also network cabling for customer cage space 80% to 20%. This position will also be responsible for monitoring alarms within the controlled data center environment (power and cooling systems).
