The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for delivery of services and management of third party service providers related to the fulfillment of the nLive/OASIS professional services roadmap. These services will include all aspects of digital marketing, social community management and related business intelligence. In addition the role includes an extensive sales support function particularly as the OASIS/nLive sales force transitions from selling predominantly land-based casino management software products to selling a diversity of products and services, many of which will be digital in nature. The incumbent will be responsible for driving the development of associated Business Intelligence functions and will be responsible for cross-divisional collaboration with the respective Product Management and Marketing groups to identify and develop incremental revenue opportunities via digital channels and ensure their successful delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and enhance the proposed nLive professional services roadmap
Develop a network of 3rd Party service providers and effectively manage relationships as well as services provided against agreed metrics as defined by the digital strategy
Deliver various digital services to the nLive/OASIS customer base
Accountable for compliance to company and department policies, standards and guidelines.
Assist with the development and review of the Digital Services budget
Assist with research related to Cloud services and related emerging technologies and trends
Ensures skills transfer to service staff members to promote competency and awareness of best practice in delivery of services and Digital Marketing
Advises management in the areas of Digital Marketing, Managed Service delivery and Software as a Service
Assist with development of strategies related to monetizing free-to-player (FTP) games through both digital and land based engagement.
Perform additional/related duties as assigned.
Managers / Supervisors / Team Leaders must:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related field required. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: Requires a minimum of five years experience in the delivery of managed services in B2B environments or equivalent experience.
Skills, knowledge, and qualifications:
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and to establish rapport with Senior Executives.
Excellent skills required in working across multi-functional teams and supporting business units.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to solve extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible factors.
Must exercise judgment in developing methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Excellent time management and organizational skills necessary.
Must have extensive knowledge of and insight into current online technologies and trends.
Must possess a current knowledge of relevant north American Brick and Mortar and Online Gaming regulations.
Must be computer literate and experienced with Microsoft suite of products and Outlook email.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be a creative, forward, positive thinker and team oriented.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information regarding the company, products and employee information.
Must be self-motivated and able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
This position will require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an office/production setting. Must be able to maneuver around an office/production setting, work at a desk/work station and respond to written and oral cues.
Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office/production equipment.
May be required to bend, reach and lift up to 25 lbs.
