Job Classification: Contract Aerotek is looking to hire a Customer Logistics Representative (CLR) experienced in 3PL warehouse and distribution environments. This position is with a local Reno based 3PL company. The selected individual will be the primary contact for one or multiple clients and responsible for customer care and inventory control. The position requires a well-rounded individual with a broad set of skills and a unique temperament with the composure necessary for effective multi-tasking and the sense of urgency required to execute high volumes of work in limited time frames. Candidates with logistics experience are urged to apply.The CLR is essentially the liaison between our customers and our warehouse distribution operations. Through system visibility and follow up the CLR is expected to ensure all customer service requirements are met. Primary job duties include written and verbal customer communication, transportation scheduling, inbound receipt and outbound order processing (including vendor compliance), inventory control, billing for services, and problem resolution.The candidates need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and prioritizing skills, attention to detail, and a high level of follow through. This is a 90 day contract to hire position through Aerotek. Candidates are eligible for pay increases after completing the 90 day contract period if hired on direct. Contractors are eligible for benefits on the first of the following month from the start date, if chosen to opt for them. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
