Director of Surgical Services / Hospital Setting

Direct the planning, development, operational, marketing/sales, financial and staff activities of the Surgery and Treatment Center. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Create and maintain a 5-star service environment. - Comply with organization, department and regulatory standards. - Direct the operations of the facility. - Plan and direct the management of facility staff. - Ensure sound fiscal operations. - Develop and implement philosophies and policies for the facility. - Develop, implement and monitor quality control and performance improvement activities. Administrative supervision is exercised over all facility management and staff employees.

This is a Director of Surgical Services in a hospital setting! You must be an RN with a Masters Degree and strong experience to qualify!

Qualifications

EDUCATION - Masters degree in healthcare administration or related degree preferred. EXPERIENCE - three years experience as an executive in the health care field as a Director of Surgery in a hospital setting . - Strong leadership and management skills required. - Must possess thorough knowledge of the internal operations and administrative methods of a hospital. - Excellent time management and oral and written communication skills required. CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE - Basic Life Support for Healthcare Workers - CPR certification required.
