Operations SupervisorThis individual is primarily responsible for the following duties: provide direction and support for all facets of inventory control and production to comply with AGT standard procedures. Coordinate area work flow to ensure internal and external requests are met.  Work closely with the AGT Las Vegas, direct reports, and other staff to ensure that operations requirements and goals are met and that there is strong communication between departments. Supervise other warehouse/production personnel.
 
The Operation Supervisor must have a background in a manufacturing and inventory control environment.  He/she must provide direction and support as well as ensure that the production and inventory control functions are efficiently meeting business objectives. The Operations Team Supervisor must maintain a constant focus on continuous improvement of the operations under their control. This is a hands-on position reporting to the Operations Manager in Las Vegas NV.

Summary of Major Responsibilities:

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Ensure that materials are received into the system correctly
• Ensure shipping of components and games are done per schedule to meet customer requirements
• Accurately manage and control inventory
• Schedule work and supervise other warehouse /production personnel.
• Perform cycle counts
• Create Work Orders as needed and per procedure
• Ensure Pronto transactions are done timely and  accurately
• Coordinate material requirements between LV and FL
• Initiate compliance notifications and ensure shipping compliance policies are enforced 

Job Requirements

Operations SupervisorPreferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a small parcel distribution environment shipping with FedEx, UPS and DHL
• Experience with receiving
• Experience with cycle counts
• Attention to detail with the ability to multi task
• Independent self-starter with positive “can do“ attitude  
• Forklift certified

Education: 

• Some college coursework or equivalent

Experience & Requirements: 

• 3 + years shipping and receiving or production supervision experience
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• 2 years’ experience with ERP /Inventory systems
• Must have the ability to apply for and receive certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (FL-DBPR) which grants the license for all employees
