Compensation: $80,000.00 to $110,000.99 per year

The position is completely focused in audits, and requires a public accounting professional who can review, do hands on projects, and plan and manage audits. Ideally, the person who is hired for this role will have a long term interest in ownership of the firm. The firm offers a balanced workload throughout the year. Experience overseeing multiple client engagements, managing to budget, understanding and managing firm risk on audits and proposals, developing and mentoring/managing staff on projects and performing quality audits and reviews of financial statements are musts for this position. Experience in client relationship management is also a must, including playing a key role in business generation and identifying future client needs and new business opportunities. CPA license is required. Strong knowledge of US GAAP/GAAS required. Requires a minimum of 5+ years of public accounting audit experience with increasing levels of responsibility, but more is ideal.
